Our 5 weeks together begins June 10, 2018.

Here's what you need to know to make the most of our 5 weeks together...

Each week a new topic will be revealed. You will log in to your BalancedU account, click on this program from your library and, voila, the exercises will be there waiting for you!  Having a dedicated journal is a great idea.

Once you complete the journalling prompts for the week, hop over to the Facebook group and share your insights.  To join the Facebook group click here.

Periodically you will also receive emails, so please be sure to check your account setting to enable communications.

One of the keys to your success in this program is in your private Clarity & Clearing session. To book your session, click here.

Finally, please be sure to set aside regular time each week to have uninterrupted journalling time, as well as time to connect with others in the group. By uplifting each other and allowing others to uplift you, the entire group wins!
